1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Email and basic profile info provided by your authentication method (for example, Google sign-in).
• Subscription and billing metadata: Subscription status, plan, and payment confirmation details from our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
• Database & auth: Stored and managed on Supabase.
• Usage data: Basic logs and interactions (for example, pages visited, device/browser information, approximate location inferred from IP, and performance metrics).

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
• To manage subscriptions and access to paid features.
• To monitor reliability and improve features and UX.
• To respond to support requests and user inquiries.

3. Emails

We may send account-related emails (for example, login, security, billing, or important service notices).

If you opt in, we may also send product updates and feature announcements. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time (account emails may still be sent when necessary).

Essential storage is used to keep the Service secure and working (for example, login/session, security protections, and basic preferences).

If you accept cookies in the banner, we enable Google Analytics to measure usage (for example, page views and feature interactions). If you reject, analytics is disabled and no analytics cookies are stored.

5. Payments

Web payments. Website payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on your device and region, available methods may include card payments and wallet payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment details are handled by Stripe under their policies.

Mobile in-app purchases. If you purchase a subscription in the mobile app, payments may be processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). In those cases, Apple/Google may collect and process payment and purchase information under their own policies. We may receive limited purchase metadata (for example, subscription status and product identifiers) to unlock premium features.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (for example, Supabase for authentication/database and payment processors for billing), and only to the extent required.

7. Security and Retention

We use secure infrastructure and standard protections. We keep data only as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal or accounting requirements.

8. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at contact@nextxi.app.

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or equivalent local age).

10. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
