1. Service

nextXI provides Fantasy Premier League (“FPL”) planning and analytics tools. We are not affiliated with the Premier League or the official Fantasy Premier League game. Team names and related marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Account and Access

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Do not share access, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Paid features may require a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Web payments. Payments on the website are processed by Stripe. Depending on your device and region, payment methods may include card payments and wallet payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your full payment card details.

Mobile in-app purchases. If you purchase a subscription in the mobile app, payments may be processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). In those cases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Apple’s or Google’s rules and your store account settings.

Refunds are not provided except where required by law or where explicitly stated in an offer. For store purchases, store policies may apply.

4. Data and Hosting

Authentication and user data are managed using Supabase. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we use it.

5. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies/local storage to function (for example, login/session and security). Optional analytics cookies are enabled only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or attempt to bypass security.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service.
• Upload or distribute malicious content, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that violates laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service (including UI, code, branding, and original content) is owned by nextXI or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

8. Emails

We may send account-related emails (for example, login, security, billing, or important service notices). If you opt in, we may also send product updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

9. Service Notes

We aim to keep the Service reliable and accurate, but some data (including projections and statistics) can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect due to third-party sources or technical issues. You are responsible for how you use the information in your FPL decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nextXI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or equivalent local age). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
